Jenny works from a systemic, trauma-informed, and attachment-based lens. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and over 20 years of combined experience across community, hospital, and hospice palliative care settings - her work is shaped by supporting people during times of uncertainty, loss and change.
Sessions with Jenny are collaborative and paced gently. Her approach is person-centered and relational and she may integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other trauma-informed approaches to support your nervous system while helping you process painful experiences and develop healthier coping strategies.
